Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Sales Support Specialist to provide technical support and training for sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for the Zoom Contact Center environment
• Support pilot users of the Revalgo SOM AI tool, including training and troubleshooting
• Onboard users by provisioning access and ensuring readiness for go-live

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Zoom Contact Center or similar platforms
• Familiarity with sales and order management processes
• Knowledge of AI-driven solutions and automation in business processes
• Proficiency in ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like PowerBI and Excel
