Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Salesforce Designer Lead to develop and build scalable solutions for their Digital Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce CRM applications based on complex business requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, business systems analysts, and developers to ensure timely and budget-aligned solution delivery
• Create detailed visual diagrams and documentation to support technical designs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years related work experience in programming and supporting software applications
• OR completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 6 years related work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field with a minimum of 6 years related work experience
