Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Scrum Master to provide Agile leadership to software development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead scrum teams in Agile methodology and scrum practices
Coordinate development team efforts and drive project completion
Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile principles

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare industry experience is a plus
4+ years of IT project management experience; 2+ years in Agile methodology
Experience with large scale production systems delivery
Strong knowledge of Agile tools, especially JIRA and AzureDevOps
Demonstrated understanding of software engineering practices and continuous integration
