Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Scrum Master to champion Agile methodologies and facilitate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Remove impediments and ensure the team focuses on delivering sprint goals
Coach teams in Agile methodologies and promote Agile principles within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
5 - 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and project tracking
Knowledge of compliance principles such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and GDPR is a plus
