IT Security Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time IT Security Administrator will manage security and IT-related requests, assist with user support, and handle access control changes while contributing to various projects within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Security and IT-related Technical Service Desk tickets and user support
• Administer and maintain security systems, including endpoint protection and vulnerability management
• Investigate SOC and SIEM alerts for unusual activity and respond to security incidents

Required qualifications

• Experience in security and IT management in diverse technological environments
• Familiarity with security standards and regulations related to AI and data privacy
• Hands-on expertise with Atlassian cloud products (JIRA, Service Management, Confluence)
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information securely
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
