IT Security Administrator
Job Summary
The full-time IT Security Administrator will manage daily user ID administration and access controls in a 100% remote environment, ensuring compliance with security protocols and supporting a diversified IAM team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day security administration of systems, including user ID creation, modification, and password resets
- Process Leave of Absence and Return to Work requests, ensuring proper access management for terminated employees
- Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance and automate security administration processes
Required qualifications
- ITIL certification is mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience in Security Administration or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ, OKTA, UNIX, LDAP, Active Directory, and RSA AM VPN/Remote Access
- Thorough understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
- Experience in customer handling and helpdesk processes
