IT Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Security Analyst for a US Remote full-time position in the Customer Experience department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SaaS security & management, security compliance, and device management
• Assist in insider risk management, vulnerability management, and security operations
• Participate in vendor management, security awareness, and IT services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or relevant certifications & experience
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT Security role
• Working knowledge of IT security best practices and standards such as SOC2, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27001
• Basic knowledge of managing SaaS tools, JAMF, Intune, and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with incident response methodologies and evidence gathering
