IT Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Security Analyst to serve as a frontline defender of a national healthcare infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage security controls, including firewalls and endpoint protection systems
• Respond to and coordinate investigations of cybersecurity incidents for rapid containment and remediation
• Perform periodic vulnerability assessments to identify and resolve potential exposures

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Information Security
• Hands-on experience with Anti-malware and EDR/XDR platforms
• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments
• Understanding of network traffic analysis (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team during CST business hours
