IT Security Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic cybersecurity team, the contract IT Security Analyst will work remotely to coordinate training programs, develop educational materials, and enhance the organization's cybersecurity culture through the Cybersecurity Champions Program.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing various cybersecurity training offerings to boost engagement and learning outcomes
• Develop materials to acknowledge and celebrate champions' achievements while maintaining comprehensive program documentation
• Gather and analyze feedback to assess program effectiveness and generate reports on participation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 1-5 years of IT Analyst experience, preferably in Cybersecurity
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously
• Enthusiastic demeanor that engages audiences effectively
