IT Security Analyst

Job Summary

To support the security administration of Oracle Cerner Millennium environments, the contract IT Security Analyst will manage user provisioning, configure security roles, and ensure compliance with access governance principles, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Cerner security domains, roles, and access templates to manage user access effectively
• Support the implementation of new Cerner modules and integrated applications, ensuring security considerations are met
• Participate in system upgrades and testing to validate security impacts prior to production deployment

Required qualifications

• Experience administering security within Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium environments
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity & access management (IAM) concepts
• Ability to analyze and resolve application access and security-related issues
• Experience managing user accounts and security roles within an electronic health record (EHR) system
• Familiarity with supporting system upgrades and implementation projects
