IT Security and Applications Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, IT Security and Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle management of software applications and ensure their security and performance
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Lead incident response efforts and conduct regular security assessments to mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, or CompTIA Security+
• 5-7 years of experience in application management, IT security, or cybersecurity operations
• Experience administering cloud-based environments with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and security monitoring tools
