IT Security and Data Privacy Director

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on and strategic Director of IT Security and Data Privacy, the full-time remote position will manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data privacy functions while building a high-performing team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's IT strategy, operations, and roadmap across infrastructure and security operations
• Develop and continuously improve the organization's cybersecurity strategy and security posture
• Own and evolve the company's data privacy and governance programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT and information security leadership experience, including 5+ years in a director or senior-level role
• Proven experience leading IT and security functions within a high-growth SaaS or cloud-native company
• Strong hands-on technical background across cloud infrastructure, networking, and security operations
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing technical teams
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and security best practices
