IT Security Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and management of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, the full-time IT Security Director will develop and execute security programs, oversee IT operations, and enhance employee technology experiences in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Rho's overall IT and Information Security strategy
• Build and mature Rho's cybersecurity program, including security policies and incident response
• Oversee technology vendor selection, contract management, and ensure compliance with security frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing IT teams or vendors
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based applications and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with security frameworks such as SOC 2 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
