IT Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Security Engineer to enhance security solutions for a global managed service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer information security solutions and support internal and customer auditing requirements
• Create and align security standards and procedures across multiple platforms
• Evaluate, test, and implement security application upgrades and patches

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of full-time experience in an information security position
• Experience with cloud security solutions such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of security frameworks/standards such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and NIST
• Entry-level experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Bachelor's degree in information security or a related field, along with relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA)
