IT Security Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise security, the full-time salaried IT Security Engineer will manage incident response, identity and access management, and threat and vulnerability assessments in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incident response and manage identity and access management processes
• Perform hardware and software risk assessments and threat vulnerability management
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within security operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications
• At least three years of hands-on information security experience, particularly in incident response, IAM, or vulnerability management
• Proficiency with SIEM platforms and EDR tools, as well as identity security in a Microsoft 365/Azure environment
• Working knowledge of identity and access management principles and tools
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and understanding of common threat frameworks
