IT Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Security Manager to oversee cybersecurity operations and manage a team of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cybersecurity operations and ensure compliance with security policies
• Manage a team of security personnel and advise senior leadership on security threats
• Evaluate and execute security tool development efforts and maintain organizational situational awareness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years IT experience, with at least 5 years in information security and 3 years in management
• Proficiency in security frameworks such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, SOC2, NIST CSF, and CIS
• Active CISSP/CISM certification
• Strong technical experience with MS security solutions, including Defender and Entra ID
• BS in Cybersecurity or a related field
