IT Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Security Manager to lead security operations and manage a team of security professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Zero Trust security roadmap and manage the NIST/CMMC security program
• Oversee day-to-day operations of threat and vulnerability management, incident response, and vendor risk management
• Develop security metrics and collaborate with teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into system designs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in information security and 2+ years in a management role
• Hands-on experience with cloud security tools such as Okta, Zscaler, and Microsoft 365
• Experience executing a Zero Trust security model and managing real security incidents
• Strong knowledge of NIST/CMMC and vulnerability management practices
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
