Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote IT Security Manager will oversee authentication, API security, and web security platform delivery while driving workflow transformation and operational excellence across core security services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-10 engineers focused on authentication and web security, ensuring productivity and accountability
• Implement structured intake processes and transition to formal workflow management tools, defining SLAs and performance metrics
• Engage with Digital, Application Development, and Business teams to translate business requests into actionable work and ensure clear communication

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical teams with 7+ direct reports
• Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication, or web security environments
• Experience in implementing workflow processes and operational reporting
• Familiarity with application development or digital product teams
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
