IT Security Manager

Job Summary

To establish a robust enterprise-wide trust engineering capability, the full-time salaried IT Security Manager will lead a security/trust engineering team, operationalize AI governance, and drive security initiatives across various technical teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the InfoSec team to implement AI governance, security assurance, identity controls, and vulnerability remediation
• Drive security and trust initiatives through cross-functional teams by aligning priorities and creating clarity
• Transform manual security processes into automated systems and reusable operating models

Required qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical role
• Experience leading a team of infosec analysts and engineers within a technology function
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security operations
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra, and SIEM/SOC tooling
• Proven ability to integrate security controls into engineering platforms and workflows
