IT Security Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of a robust enterprise-wide Trust Engineering capability, the full-time salaried IT Security Manager will operationalize AI governance, security assurance, and identity controls while collaborating across various teams in a remote environment, preferably in EST or CST.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the InfoSec team to implement security and trust practices across the organization
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and streamline security processes
• Establish automated systems and metrics for security and trust outcomes

Required qualifications

• At least six (6) years of experience in security engineering or a closely related technical role
• Experience leading a team of infosec analysts and engineers
• Hands-on familiarity with security tools such as Okta and Microsoft Defender
• Proven ability to integrate security controls into engineering platforms and workflows
• Demonstrated experience in delivering system-level outcomes rather than isolated tasks
