Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor SOC analysts and engineers to foster a collaborative culture
• Define and execute a roadmap for detection, automation, and response workflows
• Manage the SOC technology stack and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in SOC/IR and 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven incident commander for high-severity events
• Deep expertise in SIEM/EDR/SOAR and cloud security
• Experience managing MDR providers and leading 24/7 operations
• BS in Information Security or related field, with relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC)
