Job Summary

IT Security Operations Director, responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership for Security Operations in a full-time role, overseeing security operations engineering, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations, including strategy, governance, and measurable outcomes
• Oversee incident response coordination and operational security tooling across the enterprise
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards to support operational security and incident management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field
• Seven or more years of progressive information security experience with leadership responsibility
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred
• Experience with common information security management/compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently and work effectively at all organizational levels
