Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security & IT Specialist to manage and enhance security processes and device management in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve security practices and internal device management for a remote workforce
• Design and maintain device configuration, security, and compliance standards
• Identify risks and implement scalable solutions to strengthen security while maintaining operational speed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Administration
• Experience managing device environments and security in a remote-first company
• Familiarity with identity and access management, including SSO and least-privilege principles
• Experience with MDM platforms and endpoint security best practices
• Ability to evaluate and recommend tools or systems in undefined areas
