IT Security Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise security measures, the contract IT Security Specialist will manage network security, respond to incidents, and design patching strategies for Windows endpoints while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and enhance security measures to protect enterprise data and systems
• Respond to security incidents and manage vulnerability remediation efforts
• Design and maintain SCCM/MECM patching strategies and manage device collections and deployment schedules

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Network Security, Threat Detection, Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Qualys and patch management processes
• 10+ years of experience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM
• Experience with vulnerability scan reports and compliance documentation
• Strong background in enterprise vulnerability management and remediation
