Key Responsibilities

• Provides training and field-facing support for the Labor Management Process and associated systems
• Supports enterprise-wide labor reporting and connects field managers to support resources
• Manages labor technology-specific tools and completes special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Knowledge and understanding of labor management highly preferred
• Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to new situations in a dynamic environment
• Creative thinking to approach various issues or projects from new angles
