Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time IT Senior Manager will manage enterprise web hosting and application services, ensuring security, scalability, and modernization in a complex environment while fostering a culture of operational excellence and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving cloud technologies and application modernization
• Oversee operational budgets, service priorities, and service level agreements while maintaining security and governance posture
• Develop and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for architecture, engineering, and support of web and database hosting environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Seven years of progressively responsible IT management experience
• Leadership experience managing complex projects and developing high-performing technical teams
• Deep technical expertise in enterprise web hosting technologies and cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and operational excellence practices
