IT Senior Manager - Solution Architecture

Job Summary

Leading a team of solution architects, the full-time IT Senior Manager - Solution Architecture will design and develop scalable custom applications, collaborating closely with business teams and ensuring the maintenance of robust architecture frameworks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering and architectural expertise for cloud-native applications using modern technologies like Angular and Spring
• Manage and mentor a team of architects, ensuring adherence to architecture principles and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of IT experience in solution architecture and software development
• 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud-native, custom applications and microservice architecture
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications preferred
• Expertise in software architecture and contemporary design patterns focused on scalable solutions
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience in managing high-performing teams
