IT Senior Manager with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of System & Site Reliability Engineers for SaaS technology platforms
• Lead strategy to meet operational targets and objectives for Federal Client Operations
• Engage in all phases of Incident, Problem, and Change Management

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Information Technology Service Management (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Leadership experience in IT with knowledge of Cloud SaaS, Linux, Windows, and Networking
• Application and Infrastructure Monitoring experience
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus
• U.S. citizenship required for Federal Security Clearance
