IT Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT Senior Project Manager (Vendor Engagement) will coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and external vendors, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions while supporting the Small Commercial Underwriting team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and external vendor partners to align project roadmaps and deliverables
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, escalating critical concerns as needed
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively while maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects, particularly with vendor or third-party integrations
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices applicable to project execution and integrations
• PMP Certification
