IT Service Delivery Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, IT Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the SDLC process for new systems and enhancements to existing systems
• Manage IT change requests and participate in the Change Authorization Board (CAB)
• Prepare documentation to support audit and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with IT regulatory compliance and information security
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices in Change and SDLC Management
• Knowledge of service request tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Experience leading projects with project management tools
