IT Service Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director of IT Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and governance of Jira and Jira Align platforms to optimize service delivery
• Assist in creating and maintaining the IT Services roadmap, aligning cross-team initiatives and managing dependencies
• Lead strategic change initiatives to streamline service delivery processes and implement emerging technologies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or service delivery leadership, with at least 3 years in a managerial or director role
• Deep expertise in Jira platform administration and governance
• Experience in leading process transformation and change management efforts
• Proven experience managing AI tool implementations or digital automation projects
• Strong strategic thinking abilities, capable of operating at both executive and tactical levels
