Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager IT Risk & Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and maintain accountability for customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years in IT leadership or Project Management

- Demonstrated initiative and strong profit orientation with the ability to achieve results through others
- Ability to manage effective working relationships across various departments
