Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager IT Risk & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and maintain accountability for customer satisfaction
  • Build and sustain productive relationships while managing project delivery across service lines
  • Continuously improve the technical delivery model and manage client service KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years in IT leadership or Project Management
  • Experience supporting complex systems or leading production support teams
  • Experience managing technology projects and integrating technologies from acquisitions
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong profit orientation with the ability to achieve results through others
  • Ability to manage effective working relationships across various departments
