Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead their Technology team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-user compute services across global locations, ensuring connectivity, support, and hardware management
Transition regional IT experiences into a unified global service model and centralized service catalog
Manage multi-year device lifecycle budgeting and explore strategic third-party partnerships for global hardware fulfillment

Required Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience managing large, remote, and culturally diverse IT teams globally
Proven ability to lead teams through rapid organizational change with resilience and strategic maturity
Deep understanding of SaaS technology and modern IT infrastructure, ideally with an ITIL certification
Experience in implementing proactive scaling, process optimization, and data-driven dashboards
