Job Summary

A company is looking for an MSP Service Delivery Manager to lead client-facing IT service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for managed clients, ensuring SLA compliance and performance metrics are met
• Oversee Microsoft and Cisco environments, guiding cloud migrations and monitoring security and performance
• Manage client relationships, conducting business reviews and aligning service delivery with client objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP service delivery or technical operations leadership
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure and networking environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Cisco networking
• Experience managing multi-client IT portfolios
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms
