Job Summary

Leading a geographically distributed team, the remote IT Service Delivery Manager will oversee contract delivery, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement in service operations on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring compliance with contract terms and SLAs
  • Evaluate and refine departmental procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
  • Monitor operational budgets and manage financial aspects of client accounts, including invoicing and forecasting
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in service delivery management within a call center environment
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of 25 or more members
  • Strong understanding of managed services methodologies and operational metrics
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost modeling
