IT Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential project support, the full-time IT Service Delivery Specialist will manage resource assignments, scheduling, and project closeout activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management Office with resource assignment, scheduling, and back-office data management
• Handle sourcing and processing of subcontractor quotes and contracts, ensuring quality customer service
• Maintain digital records of project-related activities and support onboarding of new contracts into service delivery applications

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree (or higher) in Business Management, Project Management, or Information Technology preferred
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in resource management practices or IT support roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong planning and organization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
