Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate inbound service desk requests
  • Manage accounts and access lifecycle, including on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Handle asset and license management, procurement, deployment, and configuration

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of IT support and service delivery experience
  • 1-2 years of asset management, procurement, and SaaS administration experience
  • Mac OS based experience, including Apple business solutions and device management
  • Experience with MDM and managing SaaS apps
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
