Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst in Des Moines, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop support to staff on-site and remotely via various communication channels
  • Monitor ticket queues and Slack support channel to ensure exceptional support and resolution times
  • Assist with hardware inventory management, software licenses, and technical documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Proficiency in macOS, Windows 10/11, and cloud-based services
  • Experience with MDM systems and networking fundamentals
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; industry certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus
