Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst in Des Moines, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop support to staff on-site and remotely via various communication channels
Monitor ticket queues and Slack support channel to ensure exceptional support and resolution times
Assist with hardware inventory management, software licenses, and technical documentation

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in technical support in a fast-paced environment
Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and peripherals
Proficiency in macOS, Windows 10/11, and cloud-based services
Experience with MDM systems and networking fundamentals
Bachelor's degree preferred; industry certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus
