Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, manage user accounts, and resolve Multi-Factor Authentication sync failures
  • Perform first-level network diagnostics and troubleshoot connectivity issues in an enterprise environment
  • Provide support for standard software applications and hardware, ensuring effective ticket management and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an IT support role
  • Preferred certifications include HDI SCA or CSR, Network+, and/or A+ Certification
  • Strong understanding of desktop operating systems, software, and hardware products
  • Proficiency with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and O365 applications
  • Experience with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
