Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests and manage the Jira ticket queue
- Provision and manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various devices and support collaboration tools
Required Qualifications and Training
- 2+ years of experience in an IT help desk, service desk, or systems administration role
- Practical administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, and ticketing systems like Jira
- Comfortable working independently and knowing when to escalate issues
