Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests and manage the Jira ticket queue
  • Provision and manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various devices and support collaboration tools


Required Qualifications and Training
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT help desk, service desk, or systems administration role
  • Practical administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, and ticketing systems like Jira
  • Comfortable working independently and knowing when to escalate issues
