Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solution for technical issues
- Record and follow up on customer issues and provide accurate information on IT products or services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and MS Active Directory
- Understanding of network cabling standards and remote access applications
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive data while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with ITIL and ITSM concepts is preferred
