Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solution for technical issues
  • Record and follow up on customer issues and provide accurate information on IT products or services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and MS Active Directory
  • Understanding of network cabling standards and remote access applications
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive data while maintaining confidentiality
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM concepts is preferred
