Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers through problem-solving processes
- Record issues and resolutions, and provide feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with MS Active Directory and network cabling standards
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
- Experience with ITIL and ITSM concepts is preferred
