Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers through problem-solving processes
  • Record issues and resolutions, and provide feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP
  • Familiarity with MS Active Directory and network cabling standards
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM concepts is preferred
