Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst responsible for providing technical support to internal and external employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist internal employees and external customers with technical issues
  • Update, manage, and resolve internal tickets within the incident tracking system
  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for critical system incidents
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent technical skills with PCs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid US Driver's License
