Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst responsible for providing technical support to internal and external employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist internal employees and external customers with technical issues
- Update, manage, and resolve internal tickets within the incident tracking system
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for critical system incidents
Required Qualifications
- Excellent technical skills with PCs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid US Driver's License
