Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Service Desk Analyst Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries, focusing on incident resolution, request fulfillment, and knowledge management to support end users effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the resolution of technical incidents reported by end users, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Assist in fulfilling IT service requests and monitor mission-critical enterprise applications
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles to provide accurate information for common IT questions and requests
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in computer-related studies preferred
- Five years of relevant IT experience may substitute for a degree
- Experience in data and computer operations is desirable
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for computer hardware and software
- Familiarity with service management platforms such as ServiceNow is a plus
