Job Summary
To support a patient-focused culture, the full-time IT Service Desk Analyst I will provide technical support for hardware and software issues, manage user requests, and collaborate with departments in a hybrid work environment based in Addison, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands-on hardware setup and shipping support while logging incidents and service requests
- Resolve IT queries through various communication channels and maintain troubleshooting materials for end-user guidance
- Collaborate with departments to optimize IT performance and prevent service interruptions through system maintenance
Required qualifications
- 1 year of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and software, as well as basic network and server technology
- Experience supporting Windows 10, iOS, and Microsoft Office suites, including Office 2016 and/or Office 365
- Familiarity with ITSM ticket tracking systems and desktop remote control tools
- Prior experience in a healthcare technical environment and supporting clinical applications preferred
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, HDI) and a college degree are preferred
