Job Summary

Providing all facets of computer Service Desk support, the part-time IT Service Desk Associate will work remotely on Monday and Tuesday daytime shifts, focusing on troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service to end users.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users for technology-related issues
  • Ensure proper documentation for each interaction and escalate issues when necessary
  • Resolve technical issues using standard practices and company-approved troubleshooting tools
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of technical troubleshooting experience in a call center or service desk environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and experience with applications like Active Directory and MFA
  • High school diploma and/or GED; industry-specific certifications preferred
  • ITIL training and/or experience is a plus
