Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats to assess technical support needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Document work in ITSM tracking tool, escalate issues as needed, and provide feedback on knowledge articles
  • Assist with clinical calls during high call volume or system outages

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of IT related Service/Help Desk experience in a high call volume call center
  • Experience troubleshooting end user devices and applications
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and procedures
  • Experience with Remote Work, Mobile Devices, Windows/MAC OS, and other end user devices
