Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist in the USA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support in IT service onboarding projects, strategic requirements, and service improvements
  • Contribute to integration, scope, time, cost, communications, risk, and stakeholder management activities
  • Efficiently manage tasks through project lifecycle phases and achieve organizational goals
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of IT Service Desk experience
  • Current VMware Certification OR 3+ years experience supporting a VMware virtual/hosted desktop environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prefer experience working at US Courts
  • ITILv4, and/or ServiceNow certification(s) desired
