Job Summary
Providing technical support in a full-time remote capacity, the IT Service Desk Specialist will manage ticket queues in ServiceNow, administer Microsoft Windows Servers, and resolve application deployment issues while offering second-level support for Active Directory Services.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Windows Servers and provide troubleshooting for application deployments and infrastructure
- Manage and resolve tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring timely support for clients and end users
- Perform user account maintenance tasks and provide training on new systems and software
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in IT customer service and support
- Prior experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in an Active Directory environment
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
