Job Summary
Providing essential support in a remote environment, the full-time IT Service Desk Specialist will manage ticket queues in ServiceNow, resolve technical issues related to application deployments and infrastructure, and administer Microsoft Windows Servers, including Active Directory.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Windows Servers and provide 2nd level support for Active Directory Services
- Resolve technical problems related to application deployments and infrastructure while managing ticket queues in ServiceNow
- Conduct user account maintenance tasks and provide training to end users on new and updated systems and software
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in IT customer service and support
- Prior experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Minimum two (2) years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows systems in an Active Directory environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance
